Bright ruby in colour. Lifted notes of raspberry, blackberries and cherries are complemented by subtle savoury notes. A luscious medium-bodied Pinot Noir with a palate showing blackberry and boysenberry with hints of raspberry and redcurrant. This wine has a soft, full palate, well-balanced acidity and supple tannins. A mixture of new and seasoned French oak provide rich, savoury notes on the palate with a full, lingering finish. Perfect for drinking immediately this Pinot Noir will mature into a fuller, more complex wine with careful cellaring for up to five years from vintage date.
