A blend of Grenache, Shiraz & Mataro, Pepperjack’s Red Blend presents dark red in colour with a dark purple rime. It offers aromas of violets, fresh berries, mocha and liquorice and hints of oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There are flavours of blueberries, plums and hints of vanilla. The soft, velvety tannin structure gives the palate balance and length. Perfect with roast meats.
