Let’s face it, we all need a little more beer in our lives (and our feed)!! And no matter who you follow on Instagram, chances are you follow your favourite brew. So here is our list of top (most-funnest) insta-worthy beer labels to follow and enjoy! All of course available at @Bayfields_liquor

YOUNG HENRYS @younghenrys
The Young Henrys crowd from Newtown, Sydney are a group of passionate brewers, distillers, musicians and artists, united for the love of good beer and fine gin, and their Instagram page reflects their adventurous, innovative and fun streak.

Our favourite? NEWTOWNER
In a bit of a nod to the suburb’s past and present influences, Young Henrys uses a blend of English and Australian malts. Then they add three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter – just like Newtown. This is a beer they wanted everyone in their community to enjoy, whether it was being thrown back at a gig or sipped slowly in a beer garden. The people responded and Newtowner is now a permanent part of their beer range.

NOMAD @Nomadbrewingco
Nomad by name, Nomad by nature, this Northern Beaches brewing company marry the best styles & techniques from around the world with Australia’s phenomenal native ingredients. That’s their thing!

Our favourite? Originally created using water from Freshwater Beach, we are mad about NOMAD’S FRESHIE SALT & PEPPER GOSE!
Produced using an ancient beer brewing technique, this beer itself is traditionally slightly tart, savoury and spicy. Freshie Salt N Pepper gets as close as possible to traditional Gose with its own Aussie character adding seawater and Tasmanian Pepper.

JAMES SQUIRE @jamessquire_au
James Squire was a convict on the first fleet and became an absolute legend of Australian history. He is now considered the fore-father of Australian brewing and pioneer of Australia’s first commercial brewery!

Our favourite? The name that bears his sentencing; JAMES SQUIRE ONE FIFTY LASHES PALE ALE is a crisp finishing, Australian style cloudy Pale Ale with malted wheat for refreshing character and a concoction of hops which create fruity aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus.

BALTER @balterbrewers
Formed by six Aussies and an American, this Queensland success story is more than just its name. Balter has come to represent all the enjoyment of doing something you love, just for the thrill of it!

Our favourite? STRONG PALE ALE
Wrestle your thirst to the mat, with this Strong Pale Ale. Its smooth malt profile drips with juicy hop notes, and a snappy bitterness that finishes with a firm hand. Flex your flavour muscles and crack open the door to a little bit more. At slightly higher alcohol content, taking a four pack to a BBQ is right on the money in terms of how much you want – until someone pinches some. Let the beer battles begin. Stay strong!

4 PINES @4pinesbeer
Home grown brewers from Manly, 4 Pines was born over a decade ago from a casual conversation between a father and son, post surf, who simply wanted an exceptional beer and options . Since then, 4 Pines has gone global!

Our favourite? We can’t go past 4 PINES KOLSH, a German style golden ale that is light straw in colour. Citrus Aromas of lemon and lime prelude a light, malty palate. Finishing crisp and clean with hints of citrus and spice.
