Feel like something cool and refreshing? Try our Cucumber and Mint Shandy for something totally different this Australia Day!

METHOD:

1. Fill a tall glass halfway with loads of ice
2. Add the beer, then add cucumber and mint
3. Stir to lightly bruise the mint and release flavour
4. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters
5. Top with lemonade
