For Scarborough it is their ‘flagship’ wine, and the Yellow Label Chardonnay represents the trademark Scarborough house style. Rich and full flavoured thanks to a full year in French oak barrels, the palate shows white peach, melon and a hint of cashew nut with a fine line of citrus lending balance to the wine’s structure. Complex, long and balanced.Known for it’s distinctive label this wine has a loyal and devoted fan base. Perfect with a dish of scallops and cauliflower puree.
