As an essential retailer Bayfield’s has been permitted to remain open to serve its community for the duration of the current lockdown. While we are open to shop in-store, in the interest of health and safety we ask that where possible please utilise our 60^ minute Express Click & Collect service or our Next Day Guaranteed Local* Home Delivery Service by shopping online at BAYFIELDS.COM.AU.

If you are shopping in-store please ensure you sign in using our QR check-in, wear a mask at all times, remain 1.5m apart and sanitise your hands upon entering and exiting at our sanitisation station.

COVID-19 Update 14th July 2021

Both Our Liquor Superstores Are Open!

We wish to advise that a person who has tested positive to COVID-19 visited our Belrose Liquor Superstore while infectious on

Thursday the 8th July from 7:20pm to 7:40pm&Sunday 11th July from 4:45pm to 5:00pm

As a precaution we closed our Belrose store on 13/7/2021 to undertake a deep clean of the entire Bottleshop. We have since resumed trading as normal.

All Bayfield’s staff members serving in-store at the time of the visit have been tested and are self-isolating as per directions by NSW Public Health.

Yes here we go again, and as frustrating as you may find a third lockdown we want you to know we are here to make life easier for you during the current stay-at-home orders.

As always the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and staff members are of the highest priority to us. With this in mind, we would like to advise that the NSW government has mandated that it is again compulsory for both staff and visiting customers to wear face masks (covering nose and mouth) when inside our liquor superstores.

While both our liquor superstores are trading as normal, we’d like to remind you that we also offer *LOCAL HOME DELIVERY 6 DAYS A WEEK (Monday – Saturday).

To assist with social distancing and support our community who are less mobile, Bayfield’s offer both:

As we continue to navigate these tricky times, we wish to advise that Bayfield’s is committed to your protection.

Our priority has always been to uphold the well-being of our staff members and our valued customers.
This week, to continue this priority you’ll notice that Bayfield’s staff will be wearing face masks when working in the store in a customer-facing role. Where possible, we’d recommend customers visiting us to do the same.

If you’d prefer to keep things contact-less, don’t forget we offer NEXT DAY local* delivery 6 days a week! Simply place your order by 6pm the day before.

Dear Valued Guests,

We reach out to you to let you know we are trading as normal and we continue to offer our wholehearted family-run hospitality, focusing on delivering quality food, beverage, service and customer experience within our pubs and liquor superstores.

In addition to our already rigorous health and hygiene practices at our venues and stores, we have implemented extra precautionary measures, including:

  • Additional detailed sanitising and hard surface cleaning for all door handles, table tops and other hard surfaces.
  • We have allocated staff to sanitise and disinfect surfaces during trade (at the beginning, during and end of every shift) such as EFTPOS terminals, counters, bench tops and other surfaces touched by staff and patrons.
  • We have additional hand sanitiser stations installed for guests and staff.
  • We adhere to strict wellness policy and have reinforced with our employees that they must stay home if they are showing any signs of illness. Before returning to work they will require a doctor’s certificate to show they are fit and healthy for work.
  • We strongly encourage customers during this time to utilise EFTPOS tap and go payment options if possible.
  • · We encourage customers to practice social distancing of 1.5m.

We will closely monitor the advice from expert health organisations, act accordingly and keep you informed.

Your order will be ready for collection within the opening times of the store, and you will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection. This is generally 60 minutes from when you placed your order. If you have an urgent order or want an update on the status of your click and collect order, or you haven’t received an SMS within the 60 minute timeframe you can always call the store on 1300 10 55 88 for an update. Click and collect is only available within store operating times.

You can also nominate a day and time for collection, as long as it’s at least 60 minutes after placing your order online, and within store operating times. Simply enter any special requests within the ‘special instructions’ field of your online shopping cart
. Sorry but for security integrity we don’t allow anyone but the account and credit card holder to pick up a Click & Collect order. Please note, you will also need photo identification when collecting your order. This assists with prevention of any possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Home Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in Australia except for designated “Dry Areas” as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Once you place your secure online order, you will receive an automated email with tracking number and tax receipt be return email. Sydney metro and regional orders will be dispatched by fast and reliable services including ‘Australia Post’ or ‘Fastway Couriers’ and hence delivery and trackability of these orders will be subject to their delivery platforms (and accessible via your account login on our website). As we are based in Sydney all our orders are dispatched from Sydney.  In normal circumstances we expect your Bayfields order to be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order, if you live in Sydney.

If you are based in major interstate cities such as Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and country NSW we expect for you to receive your order within 4 working days. For Perth and other regional areas we expect for your order to be received with 5 working. For remote country areas it can take up to 10 working days.

Locals subject to FREE SHIPPING (orders of $150 or more) to local Warringah postcodes (see below)

Click & Collect – How It Works

1. Shop online anytime that suits you

Shop our products and add to cart.

2. Click & Collect – picking up from our Superstores is FREE

When you get to the checkout, choose Click & Collect as your delivery method and then choose the location you’d like to collect from, we’re conveniently located at Belrose and Dee Why. You can also choose a day and time for collection.

3. Generally ready within 60 minutes

Most if not all Click & Collect orders will be available to collect on the same day (subject to opening and closing times) and generally ready within 60 minutes. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.

4. Collect from our Superstores

For security integrity, we don’t allow anyone but the account and credit card holder to pick up a Click & Collect order. You will also need photo identification when collecting your order. This assists with prevention of any possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
What if I’ve placed an order and it’s out of stock?

We work hard at promoting lines and brands that we have plenty of stock of, however out-of-stocks do happen from time to time.  If this does occur we will call you as soon as we receive your order, and offer you the opportunity for a full refund, part order (if applicable) or to place items on back-order.

How long before I can click & collect?

Most if not all Click & Collect orders will be available to collect on the same day (subject to opening and closing times) and generally ready within 60 minutes. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection. Click & Collect is only available with out store opening times. If an order is placed after our stores are closed, we will text you the next day when your order is ready.

What if I want to change/ update my order? What if I haven’t received an SMS?

If you have an urgent order or want an update on the status of your click and collect order, or you haven’t received an SMS within the 60 minute timeframe you can call the store on 1300 10 55 88 for an update.

Can I place my Click & Collect order anytime?

Absolutely, our online store is conveniently available 24 hours, 7 days a week to place an order. However your order will be ready for collection within the store opening times, and once you have received an SMS notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Can I choose a preferred day/time to pick up?

Absolutely, you can also choose a preferred day and time for collection, by entering any special requests within the ‘Order Notes’ field of your online shopping cart.  So long as it’s at least 60 minutes after placing your order online, and within store opening hours.

Can someone pick up my Click & Collect Order?

For security integrity, we don’t allow anyone but the account and credit card holder to pick up a Click & Collect order.

Will my order be chilled?

For same day Click & Collect orders we are unable to guarantee that your order will be chilled. For orders that are picked up 24 hours after placing we can place in chiller, simply enter any special requests with the Order Notes fields of your online shopping cart.

Is there a maximum I can order?

The maximum for in-store, home delivery and click and collect options are as follows:
60 units of wine, 5 cartons of beer (including ciders) and 12 bottles of spirits in any one order. Should your requirements exceed this amount please call the store on 1300 10 55 88 during store opening hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Items that feature within our ‘Weekly Specials’ section may also be subject to order limitations.
