Brokenwood Cricket Pitch Sauvignon Blanc Semillion 750ml
Brokenwood Cricket Pitch Sauvignon Blanc Semillion presents bright pale yellow and green tints. A much lower alcohol due to the year and as a result more of the citrus/grassy character than tropical fruit. The Hunter Semillon adds a lemongrass note with some Bickford lime cordial aromas and flavours as well. Part of the blend is fermented in oak and this tends to round out the herbaceous edge that Sauvignon Blanc can sometimes get. A very good acid line and this adds to a loveliness on the finish.
