Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

NEW 2023 VINTAGE OUT NOW!

Typically, the Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc  shows a pink grapefruit character, concentration and mid-palate texture, which reflect the carefully selected sites and hand harvesting during the small window of perfect ripeness.
Low yields meant the vines put their energy into a smaller crop, so the grapes got lots of intensity. This release walks the line perfectly between grapefruit, florals, and zingy acidity.

Is Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc, a dry white wine?

Yes, Shaw and Smith Sauvignon Blanc is a dry wine. It is crisp and refreshing, with subtle citrus and herbal notes. This wine is perfect for summer days, or any time you need a refreshing glass of white wine. It pairs well with light meals or on its own as an aperitif.

Where is Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc made?

This wine is made in the Adelaide Hills, and the wine shows off the region’s cool climate terroir. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown on slopes with south-facing exposure, which helps to preserve their acidity. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for six months on its lees, which gives it a creamy texture.
If you are looking for a dry Sauvignon Blanc that is still full of flavour, Shaw and Smith is a great option.
