The Watervale Riesling is sourced from Clare Valley’s cooler sub-region Watervale. The wonderfully delicate nose carries lime oil and soft citrus blossom characters seamlessly to the palate. Mouth feel is abundant and vibrant. This is a crisp, tangy and delicate example of a Clare Valley Riesling.

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense aromatics of lemon, lime and orange rind blossom from the glass with trailing talc and flinty mineral notes. Mouth watering lemon and lime flavours race across the palate with underlying orange rind, chalky talc and stony mineral elements leading into a dry tangy finish. Excellent power, fresh crunchy acidity and a long electric aftertaste.
