Jim Barry Watervale Riesling 750ml
The wine in the glass has a hay like appearance with a green hue. The aromas that jump out are of ginger, spicy preserved lemon and fresh lime juice. There is an underlying complexity that comes from ten distinctly different yeast strains used on the separate parcels that make the final blend. The palate is tight, aromatic and textural with a spine of natural grape acidity and a zesty, clean finish.
