Evans & Tate Gnangara Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Gnangara is an Aboriginal word, the meaning and origin of which is not known, although possibly meaning ‘spring’. The Gnangara wines derive their name from the lake and related aquifer that fed the original Gnangara Shiraz vineyards in the Swan Valley and is a source of drinking water for Perth.

COLOUR. Clear and pale with lime-green hues.
AROMA. Citrus and fresh cut grass.
PALATE. Tropical fruit with vibrant lime and snow-pea notes. This dry and refreshing wine is well balanced and has racy acidity. 

Cellaring – Best drunk within two years of release, well chilled.
