The talented family of winemakers comprises of Liz, Shaun and Greg Silkman whose emphasis on careful fruit selection and rigorous attention to detail produce a range of wines that appeal to both critics and consumers alike.

It would be difficult to find a wine expert that wouldn’t agree the Hunter Valley is one of the world’s best Semillon regions. The climate and grape variety combine to produce a wine that is delicately flavoured, bright and crisp in its youth but with careful cellaring, develops into a richly layered and complex wine. The fruit was crushed and pressed in the cool of the night to retain natural acidity and fresh aromatics. Fermented with a neutral yeast and bottled early to retain bright acidity and freshness. An excellent current vintage Semillon whilst still rewarding those who cellar.
