The Angove family’s Nanya Vineyard is carefully managed to create the perfect conditions for growing grapes. The low disease pressure and moderately fertile soils allow the vineyard to be farmed without using synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides. Winemaking
Angove Organic Cuvée Brut is a delicious sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were picked early to retain their vital acidity, and then they were pressed and cold settled prior to being inoculated with a carefully selected yeast strain. The wine was left ‘sur lie’ for an extended period to develop a subtle yeasty toastiness prior to bottling.
