This award winning rum is distilled from fermented molasses and aged in used white oak whisky and bourbon barrels for 2 to 5 years and blended to create its luxurious butter and toffee character. Aromas of vanilla, cooked banana and subtle suggestions of caramel and butterscotch. The palate is buttery with toffee brittle, peanut butter and spice. The soft oak finish is complimented with lingering spice.
