La Bohème Act Two Dry Rosé 750ml
Fruit is harvested and pressed immediately with no pressings fraction. We are looking for lots of flavour in the juices. The pink juice is settled overnight and racked to small casks and allowed to ferment with indigenous yeast. The casks get a little stirring of lees at the end of fermentation to give creaminess and complexity. La Boheme Act Two Dry Rosé presents lifted notes of red fruits, classic strawberry and hints of marzipan, gently aromatic.
