Black cracking Biscay clay is a common soil type found in the Barossa Valley. The Biscay soils typically produce wines with berry compote and summer pudding flavours, complemented by luscious velvety tannins.
The Black Clay shiraz shows lifted aromas of vibrant dark berries with supple spiciness. Bright mulberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours burst onto the palate, complemented by balanced and even tannins.
