De Iuliis rosé is a unique blend of 60% merlot and 40% shiraz grown on their family vineyard. A cool fermentation preserves the delicate aromatics. This fresh, vibrant and dry style of rosé is the perfect crowd-pleaser. The freshly pressed juices fermented on their skins for 2 hours, resulting in a light blush colour. With aromatics of strawberries and cream, and natural acidity gives the wine a lovely liveliness which is backed by lush strawberry & raspberry fruits.
