Thousand Candles Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml
Thousand Candles close planted vines are producing some high quality fruit.
They select only the premium rows for this small batch, only 1,500 bottles produced.
All fruit was gently destemmed and fermented on skins for around 21 days using natural yeasts. The aim is for good structure, colour and fine firm tannins. Aged in 20% new oak and a selection of 1, 2 and 3 year old barriques for 9 months.
Classic blackcurrant and cassis aromas. A seamless palate finishing with fine firm tannins.
