Whisky Scotch

Few things are as iconic as a glass of whisky. Whether enjoyed on the rocks or neat, this smooth spirit has been a cornerstone of Scots culture for centuries. Whisky is made using grains like barley, wheat, and rye, which are fermented and then distilled. The type of grain used, as well as the aging process, can give whisky its distinctive flavour profile. For example, single malt whisky is made using only one type of grain and is typically aged in oak barrels for at least three years. In contrast, blended whisky is made using a mix of grains and sometimes additional spirits like vodka or rum. Blended whisky is generally less expensive and has a lighter flavour than single malt whisky.
