CLICK & COLLECT

You can place an online order anytime, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Your order will be ready for collection within the opening times of the store, and you will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection. This is generally 60 minutes from when you placed your order. If you have an urgent order or want an update on the status of your click and collect order, or you haven’t received an SMS within the 60 minute timeframe you can always call the store on 1300 10 55 88 for an update. Click and collect is only available within store operating times.

You can also nominate a day and time for collection, as long as it’s at least 60 minutes after placing your order online, and within store operating times. Simply enter any special requests within the ‘special instructions’ field of your online shopping cart
. Sorry but for security integrity we don’t allow anyone but the account and credit card holder to pick up a Click & Collect order. Please note, you will also need photo identification when collecting your order. This assists with prevention of any possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

HOME DELIVERY

We deliver to anywhere in Australia except for designated “Dry Areas” and areas that are currently suspended due to COVID-19, please see our delivery table as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Once you place your secure online order, you will receive an automated email with tracking number and tax receipt by return email. Sydney metro and regional orders will be dispatched by fast and reliable ‘Australia Post’ and hence delivery and trackability of these orders will be subject to their delivery platform (and accessible via your account login on our website). As we are based in Sydney all our orders are dispatched from Sydney.  In normal circumstances we expect your Bayfield’s order to be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order, if you live in Sydney.

If you are based in major interstate cities such as Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and country NSW we expect for you to receive your order within 4 working days. For Perth and other regional areas we expect for your order to be received within 5 working days. For remote country areas it can take up to 10 working days.

Delivery & Returns

The first thing to do here is to make sure you have read our Order & Payments section. We want to make sure you know how we have set up our ordering process and that you are comfortable with how it operates. Also, we only accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards for online transactions.

How much to deliver to your area? – The Delivery Calculator

So there is no confusion – we charge for delivery (except if you are local, see above for postcode inclusion and spend $150 or more in one transaction). We are based in Sydney so all our freight rates are based on the cost of getting your order to you via Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. Shipping charges will be calculated in the final cart.

How long will my delivery take?

You will receive an automated email with tracking number and tax receipt once your order has been received securely by us. Sydney metro and regional orders will be dispatched by fast and reliable ‘Australia Post’ and hence delivery and trackability of these orders will be subject to their delivery platform (and accessible via your account login on our website). As we are based in Sydney all our orders are dispatched from Sydney.

In normal circumstances we expect your Bayfields order to be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order, if you live in Sydney. If you are based in major interstate cities such as Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and country NSW we expect for you to receive within 4 working days. For Perth and other regional areas we expect for your order to be received with 5 working. Free Shipping for locals

If you are a local resident of the Northern Beaches catchment (see specific postcodes below) and spend $150 or over in one transaction, all orders are dispatched by Bayfield’s private courier next day, six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Simply place your order by 6pm the evening before and you will receive your order by the following day by 7pm (Monday to Saturday only).  If you require your order sooner than this we recommend you use our FREE Click & Collect service whereby your order is available for collection generally 60 minutes after placing within store operating times.

Returns

We doubt you will have an issue however if there is a rare occasion where we have a problem….just phone us on 1300 10 55 88 and we will sort things out with you on the phone.  For our full terms on returns please click on the link.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, as soon as your order is despatched we will email you a unique tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online. Sydney metro, interstate and regional orders will be dispatched by ‘Australia Post’ and hence delivery and trackability of these orders will be subject to their delivery platforms (and accessible via your account login on our website). Local orders will be delivered each day by 7pm following online placement (see above).

What if I am not there to receive my order?

Under the ”Delivery Options” in the secure shopping cart section you will be prompted to nominate the following options should you not be at home at the time of your delivery:

  • On the porch
  • At front door
  • Return to Bayfields Superstore
  • My local Post Office (Australia Post deliveries only)
  • Other (we cannot deliver to an alternative site or address)

Please note that if you are local customer and are subject to free delivery by our Bayfields private courier all options above are available with the exception of Australia Post.

If you are concerned that you will not be available to receive your delivery during business hours we suggest (where possible) to provide your work address instead of your residential address.

Please note that Bayfields Hotels Retail Group accepts no liability for lost or stolen orders as a result of preferred onsite delivery alternative options should you not be at home to sign for delivery.

Please note that deliveries may not occur at any unattended address of the following circumstances apply and as assessed by our delivery partners at time of delivery:

  • The address is unclear, ambiguous, or has a current redirection or hold in place
  • There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
  • There is a risk that minors will access alcohol
  • The site cannot be safely accessed
  • There is no secure location to leave the goods
  • There is no suitable location to leave the goods that is not visible from the street or public view
  • There is a possibility the goods will be damaged due to increment weather, interference, damage by pets or external element
