Looking for something special for Dad this Father’s Day? Try the Bayfield’s Bourbon Cocktail:
– 3 Lemon Wedges
– 50ml Bourbon
– 20ml Simple Syrup (one part water to one part sugar)
– 4 mint leaves
Muddle the Lemon in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake, shake, shake. Double strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with a Mint sprig and enjoy responsibly!
