COVID-19 Update 20th March 2020
Dear Valued Guests,
We reach out to you to let you know we are trading as normal and we continue to offer our wholehearted family-run hospitality, focusing on delivering quality food, beverage, service and customer experience within our pubs and liquor superstores.
In addition to our already rigorous health and hygiene practices at our venues and stores, we have implemented extra precautionary measures, including:

Additional detailed sanitising and hard surface cleaning for all door handles, table tops and other hard surfaces.

We have allocated staff to sanitise and disinfect surfaces during trade (at the beginning, during and end of every shift) such as EFTPOS terminals, counters, bench tops and other surfaces touched by staff and patrons.

We have additional hand sanitiser stations installed for guests and staff.

We adhere to strict wellness policy and have reinforced with our employees that they must stay home if they are showing any signs of illness. Before returning to work they will require a doctor’s certificate to show they are fit and healthy for work.

We strongly encourage customers during this time to utilise EFTPOS tap and go payment options if possible.

We encourage customers to practice social distancing of 1.5m.
We will closely monitor the advice from expert health organisations, act accordingly and keep you informed.

If you require extra help with your order, please call us on 1300 10 55 88 during store opening hours.
Click & Collect
You can place an online order anytime, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Your order will be ready for collection within the opening times of the store, and you will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection. This is generally 60 minutes from when you placed your order. If you have an urgent order or want an update on the status of your click and collect order, or you haven’t received an SMS within the 60 minute timeframe you can always call the store on 1300 10 55 88 for an update. Click and collect is only available within store operating times.
You can also nominate a day and time for collection, as long as it’s at least 60 minutes after placing your order online, and within store operating times. Simply enter any special requests within the ‘special instructions’ field of your online shopping cart . Sorry but for security integrity we don’t allow anyone but the account and credit card holder to pick up a Click & Collect order. Please note, you will also need photo identification when collecting your order. This assists with prevention of any possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Home Delivery
We deliver to anywhere in Australia except for designated “Dry Areas” as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Once you place your secure online order, you will receive an automated email with tracking number and tax receipt be return email. Sydney metro and regional orders will be dispatched by fast and reliable services including ‘Australia Post’ or ‘Fastway Couriers’ and hence delivery and trackability of these orders will be subject to their delivery platforms (and accessible via your account login on our website). As we are based in Sydney all our orders are dispatched from Sydney. In normal circumstances we expect your Bayfields order to be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order, if you live in Sydney.
If you are based in major interstate cities such as Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and country NSW we expect for you to receive your order within 4 working days. For Perth and other regional areas we expect for your order to be received with 5 working. For remote country areas it can take up to 10 working days.
Locals subject to FREE SHIPPING (orders of $150 or more) to local Warringah postcodes (see below) By 7pm the next Tuesday OR by 7pm the next Thursday (after placing your online order, whichever comes first) by private Bayfields courier (see below)
